It is not as easy for them to conduct a visual inspection of a specific roof issue from the outside without knowing where to look. R/J Group, Inc. team members will conduct a site visit for an assessment; however, rather than knocking on the door, the team members have committed to “no contact service.” Service managers and technicians will contact customers from outside the home or business in order to maintain social-distancing guidelines. Through its technology, any interior damage will be assessed through digital photos and videos provided by the customer. Team members will go over their recommendations with customers through video presentations and chats. Since most of the work is typically done on the rooftop, R/J Group, Inc. can eliminate the need for human contact.
